Privacy notice

What do we collect?

Via the form: the name, number and postcode you type, your choice of job and stone, your notes, which page it came from and when. Via the phone: who you are, how to reach you and details of the room. Do not include anything sensitive, such as health information, in your notes.

Why?

So we can return your call, price the job and carry it out if you accept. We rely on legitimate interests (you asked us to contact you) and on pre-contract steps you have requested.

Who handles it?

Enquiries are shared only with the team who quotes for and does the work. Technically, an enquiry travels via our web host Cloudflare, an automation service, an online sheet where it is recorded, and an email inbox that notifies us. Any of these operating outside the UK does so under UK GDPR’s rules for international transfers. We will not sell your information or send you marketing.

When is it deleted?

Twelve months after it arrives, unless it becomes a job. Customer records are kept only as long as the job and any return visit require.

Cookies, fonts and links

No analytics or advertising cookies are used. Fonts are hosted here, not fetched from a third party. Cloudflare may perform necessary security checks. Sites we link to are responsible for their own privacy practices.

Your rights

You are entitled to see what we hold on you, have it fixed or erased, and object to how it is used. Phone 01509 453341 to exercise any of these. If our response does not satisfy you, the Information Commissioner's Office handles complaints.
